GENERAL //
As YWAM Barcelona we have two flats that are a part of our “Gran Via Guest House” and are more than happy to host guests. We love the city of Barcelona and are excited to share it with you.
We offer shared apartments, you will be sharing the apartments with other guests, the common areas and kitchen are shared spaces. The bedding is set up in bunk beds. We do not have an actual base, what you would be staying in are the hospitality apartments, so we would need to know the time you are arriving to the flats.
ACCOMMODATION //
We operate two apartments in the same building in Northern Barcelona. We have multiple bedrooms set up with beds, we cannot guarantee that you will have a bedroom to yourself, but we will certainly try! We share the building with residents of Barcelona, we ask that our guests be courteous and kind to our neighbors.
ARRIVAL INFORMATION //
YWAM Barcelona’s hospitality apartments are located in Northern Barcelona. They are approximately 40 minutes away from the airport by train. A map with the address and location of the hospitality flats is attached at the end of this guide.
Directions: From Terminal 2 of the Aeroport de Barcelona-El Prat take the Renfe train to the Clot-Arago station (see attached map). Walk 850 meters to the Can Jaumandreu light rail station, take the light rail towards Gorg. Exit the light rail after one stop at the Espronceda stop. Go to the left and after you cross the first street, the apartments will be on the right
Reception: We are available to receive guests and distribute keys from 10 AM till 8 PM. Please arrive between these hours. We ask that you let the hospitality team know the time of your arrival so that we can plan on welcoming you to the flats.
OTHER INFORMATION//
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, please be conscious of your noise level between these hours.
Elevator: The elevator in our building is very old. We ask that only 3 people ride the elevator at a time, or 2 people with luggage. The elevator door needs to be closed after you exit the elevator, the elevator door will not close itself and it will not the leave the floor if the door is left open.
Shared Spaces: The bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas in our apartments are shared spaces. Sometimes different genders will be living on the same floor. Please wear appropriate clothing in the shared spaces and clean up after yourselves if you use the kitchen. We do not allow cohabitation if couples are not married, and we have a strict no tolerance policy.
Kitchen: Please use our kitchen. One of the things that we cherish in YWAM Barcelona is eating together and we encourage our guests to enjoy meals together. Please be mindful that the kitchen is shared so please clean up after yourself when you are finished.
Amenities: We provide a bed and clean sheets to each guest that arrives. The apartments will be fully stocked with hand soap, toilet paper, and wifi. The wifi networks and passcodes will be clearly posted in the flats.

Please keep these hours in mind when booking flights! If your arrival to the YWAM flats are outside of the listed times below, there will be a 50EUR fee.
